Above all else I look to foster a safe, nourishing, and judgment free space where all your parts can feel welcomed. Our bodies can be maps of our histories of pain and trauma, and together we will explore these places with tenderness and care to find greater ease and joy.

I have served on the advisory board of the Auschwitz Institute for the Prevention of Genocide and Mass Atrocities for the last ten years and believe deeply in its work and mission.
