What is a social cause or philanthropic organization you support and why?

As a woman who has experienced these issues, (and earned a PSI certificate), I support two organizations that work tirelessly to help with issues related to pregnancy loss and pregnancy related anxiety and depression: Postpartum Support International) and RTZ:HOPE.

What is your general philosophy and approach to helping? Are you more directive or more guiding?

I use a very interactive approach to helping. We will both be listening and talking, helping you to access the expert within you to make real changes you can feel.

How do you see your role as a therapist in your client’s lives?

Welcome to my practice! I enjoy helping bright, goal-oriented people improve their personal and professional lives. In addition, maternal mental health is an area of expertise, as I help moms and dads negotiate their family and work lives with greater ease.
