Therapy can look like many things depending on what your goals are and what you would like to explore. It should be a a space that feels safe, creative, spontaneous, and open. There are many therapy tools to use, but what you bring to each session is what's most important.

I try to spend a healthy amount of my free time making art, music, furniture, and photography. I also have a regular Zen meditation practice and I read too much.
