How do you spend your free time? / What are your hobbies?

i love to spend time with my family engaging in adventures, outings, or sports. My personal favorite sport is tennis these days and i love that it combines fun with a goal focus of improving my skills. I am goal focused so it engages my mind and body.

What is a treatment modality you are passionate about?

i am very passionate about EMDR! It is a conceptual framework and methodology for how to resolve problems, reactions and defenses. it brings together the past, present and future. It is a powerful method and adjunct to talk therapy. You will see yourself in a new light.

What do you wish clients could know about therapy before starting therapy?

i wish that prospective clients knew that therapy can be life changing, and the best investment that you will ever make in yourself. It is a safe space to explore obstacles to your growth, and when that happens, the possibilities are endless. Trust the process!
