I love going for hikes in the woods and spending time at the beach with my family.

What is your educational background?

I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of New York with over 15 years experience helping people with diverse backgrounds and experiences. I received my MSW from Silberman School of Social Work and my BA in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

How do you see your role as a therapist in your client’s lives?

I see my role as working in partnership with my clients. This includes listening and providing support as they begin to understand underlying patterns of behavior contributing to issues, and then to support them in deciding on any positive changes they would like to make.
