I actually have two favorite places to visit. Those places are Israel and Sedona, Arizona. Both offer a vibrant community; a spiritual place where people connect to something larger than themselves. I found a soulful energy in both places where nothing is taken for granted.

The best ever was "I feel safe here." I am convinced that the work of therapy can only be done when someone feels safe enough to be authentic. When someone has a history of trauma, it's hard to know who to trust. When someone feels safe healing can take place.
