How do you spend your free time? / What are your hobbies?
I love animals! I grew up with horses, cows, peacocks, dogs, cats, and fish! Currently, I have 2 cats, a brother and sister, who are my diligent office assistants.
What is your general philosophy and approach to helping? Are you more directive or more guiding?
My style is warm, supportive, and non-judgmental. I meet you wherever you're starting at. We work as a team. I believe the most important thing about therapy is finding the right match in a therapist, one who makes you feel safe and understood.
What do you wish clients could know about therapy before starting therapy?
I work with adults struggling with varying levels of trauma, stemming from childhood or current relationships, anxiety, and PTSD. I enjoy working with young adults in their journey of discovering who they are and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
