I recently saw Jane Goodall speak and it would definitely be her. The way she weaves the concepts of conservation, empathy, motherhood, and her experiences was incredible to witness. She was also my childhood hero back from when you start writing book reports in school.

There doesn't need to be anything "wrong" with you, and you don't need a diagnosis to benefit from therapy. Being able to have an outside observer to help identify patterns and enhance our ability to cope is beneficial for everyone.
