If you were to pursue learning a new treatment method, what would it be and why?
A therapist I know introduced me to EMDR. I also took a workshop about it. It is extremely helpful for clients that have experienced trauma. my treatment of choice is psycho dynamic therapy. I hold an MSW I believe in guiding clients. When I was in college I needed help.
