I am passionate about a weight neutral approach particularly in my work with those suffering from eating and body image disorders. The Health At Every Size approach is about health equity, fights weight stigma and advocates for healthcare regardless of body size or health status.

Well-being encompasses emotional resilience + the ability to cope creatively with life. It is influenced by various factors including physical health, mental health, social relationships and is affected by privileges such as your access to healthcare, education + other resources.
