How do you spend your free time? / What are your hobbies?

Outside of the office you can find me cooking, reading, and watching True Crime documentaries while cuddling my fur baby!

What made you want to become a therapist?

Being a therapist is truly the most rewarding profession and I could not picture myself doing anything else! I have always been a "helper," active listener, and go-to person in my personal life. I am passionate about guiding others to live their most fulfilling life.

How would define mental wellness? What do you suggest to promote it?

Mental wellness is being able to build more adaptive, healthier coping patterns and to get in touch with your own needs and wants. I take an relational approach with my clients and assist them in exploring what mental wellness means to them so we can collaboratively attain that.
