How do you spend your free time? / What are your hobbies?

I spend a lot of time outdoors, and going on walks/hikes with my dog. I also enjoy biking, reading, and I am learning how to play the guitar!

What is a treatment modality you are passionate about?

It is most important to me to create a space that feels safe, inclusive, non-judgmental, and responsive to your needs. I am extensively trained in and am passionate about Cognitive Behavioral, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Acceptance and Commitment therapies.

How do you see your role as a therapist in your client’s lives?

You already have so many strengths and coping skills that have gotten you here. Whatever it is that you are currently struggling with, my hope is to help you identify your strengths, find more balance, be kinder to yourself, and feel empowered to make changes.
