I love to dance, write, sing, play the piano, travel, cook, bake, meditate, & practice LifeForce Yoga. I am in awe of the synchronicities life, cycles of the moons, energy work crystals & gemstones. Gratitude, Compassion, Laughter, & Love are my mantras.
