I love to dance, write, sing, play the piano, travel, cook, bake, meditate, & practice LifeForce Yoga. I am in awe of the synchronicities life, cycles of the moons, energy work crystals & gemstones. Gratitude, Compassion, Laughter, & Love are my mantras.

What is your general philosophy and approach to helping? Are you more directive or more guiding?

I work from a wholistic perspective of mind, body, & soul. It is my hope to create an environment that is safe and supportive to explore, heal, & grow. Everyone is unique and the approach and modalities will vary on the persons needs.

How do you see your role as a therapist in your client’s lives?

I am the facilitator and guide in their process of the exploration of themselves and their healing journey of mind, body, & soul.
