What has been your favorite place to travel to? Why?
I love to travel to Cape Town, South Africa, where I grew up. It is the most beautiful place in the world, and I never get tired of returning there and discovering something new.
What is your general philosophy and approach to helping? Are you more directive or more guiding?
I tend to vary my approach based on the needs of the client. For some clients I might be more directive, for others, more of a guide. It depends on where the client is in their journey of self discovery.
What’s the best compliment you’ve received from a client?
Clients often tell me they feel very comfortable talking to me at the end of the first session. They tell me they feel understood, and appreciate some of the insights I offered them. They sometimes tell me they are looking forward to working together with me.
