There is nothing more beautiful than hearing someone sing. If I were not a therapist and could carry a tune, I would be a singer. Preferably a pop star, but for now, and at the request of many, I will keep my day job that I love and would not give up even if I could sing.

Clients are often fearful of beginning the therapeutic journey and understandably so. It can be frightening to confront issues, whether longstanding or emergent. What is important to know, though, is that it is always better to confront whatever the underlying issues are head on.
