Approaches I am passionate about include Exposure and Response Prevention, EMDR, holistic wellness, mindfulness/awareness, and non-religious spirituality/transpersonal.
What do you wish clients could know about therapy before starting therapy?
There is no shame in working with a therapist/counselor. Many people struggle with one thing or another at some point in their lives and it should not be viewed as some kind of weakness, if a person works with a therapist/counselor.
